① Compared with heat-pipe collector, Hejia’s HFC-2-S which is designed as a flat plate type, is convenient to transport, install and maintain, and it also saves more time and labor cost; Interior vacuum tubes are protected by 3.2mm-thick toughened glazing, of which the hail resistance is up to 40mm, preventing any personal injuries from happening when vacuum tubes fracture.

② Compared with ordinary flat plate collector, stagnation temperature of HFC-2-S reaches up to 300 Celsius according to test report of SPF, which implies that HFC-2-S is able to supply more hot water to you in your daily life; The Heat Loss Coefficient is a1=1.08,a2=0.0025 respectively, according to test data of SPF. This means that this collector, compared with ordinary flat plate collector, is able to provide more hot water continuously in freezing climate (On the basis of SPF test data 24.03.2011).


3. Design of avoiding over-heating conditions occurring in summer and high temperature circumstances causes damages to safety devices in the solar system, such as Vent Valve and Pressure Release Valve. What’s more serious is that hot water may scald users and, as the pressure inside the tank constantly accumulates, personal safety might be threatened. However, as a professional manufacturer and supplier, we have fundamentally solved this problem: As per different demands of users, the Curtain, which is coated with PTFE, shuts and covers all the vacuum tubes automatically under the control of the solar system controller developed by Hejia. When you are in vacation or won’t use the solar system for a long time, this prevents the vacuum tubes from continuously absorbing solar radiation and the collector from stagnation conditions, ensuring a long system lifetime and the system running more safely and stably.
